    • GRAND RAPIDS | TBA

    • LANSING | Lansing Shuffle, 325 Riverfront Dr, Lansing, MI 48912

  • We recommend arriving to the check-in venue 30 minutes before the tour. After everyone in your group gets checked in, you’ll have time to grab a drink at the bar and use the restroom.

  • We want you to have plenty of time to complete your waiver and ID check without feeling rushed — and still grab a drink, use the restroom, and capture a few pre-tour photos before the glam begins! Boarding will begin promptly at your scheduled tour time, so arriving early ensures you don’t miss a moment of the fun.

  • Please keep a close eye on your personal belongings during your ride. While Michigan Drag Bus is not responsible for lost or left-behind items, we will absolutely do our best to help reunite you with anything you may have forgotten.

All items found on the bus will be returned to the check-in location and held through the end of the weekend. Any unclaimed items after that time will be responsibly discarded. Any alcohol left behind will be disposed of immediately following the tour.

Take it with you, diva — we’d hate for your favorite accessory to miss the afterparty.

  • Yes, but please be sure to check the hours of our check-in venue to ensure they are open when you arrive.

  • Because we operate on a tight performance schedule, we cannot delay a tour for late arrivals. All guests must be fully checked in at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time.

Please plan ahead, allow extra time for traffic and parking, and be respectful of your fellow riders — the party starts right on time. No-shows or late arrivals who miss departure will not receive a refund.

When in doubt: arrive early, grab a drink, and let the most fabulous day begin stress-free.

  • Yes. All Michigan Drag Bus tours depart promptly at their scheduled time — no exceptions. If you arrive late or have not completed your waiver and check-in requirements, the bus will leave as scheduled.

Please remember: check-in closes 10 minutes prior to departure. Arrive early, bring your completed waiver confirmation, and be ready to board. We run on a tight timeline to ensure every guest gets the full, fabulous experience.

    On time = on board.

  • There are no restrooms onboard the Michigan Drag Bus. Restrooms are available at our check-in location before departure, and we strongly encourage you to use them prior to boarding.

We will make one brief restroom stop approximately halfway through the tour. Plan ahead so you can relax, enjoy the ride, and focus on the fun — not the facilities.

  • The tour ends in the same place that it starts.

  • No. Michigan Drag Bus is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) experience. We do not hold a liquor license and are not permitted to sell alcohol onboard.

You’re welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy during the ride. Additionally, each of our check-in venues features a full bar, so you can grab a drink before departure and get the party started early. Please drink responsibly and come ready to have a fabulous (and safe) time.

  • We cannot sell alcoholic beverages. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages (BYOB) in pre-packaged containers (beer, wine, and any other type of pre-packaged drink)

What is a pre-packaged drink? This includes drinks like White Claw, Truly hard seltzer, canned cocktails, canned beer, etc.

Glass is NOT ALLOWED on the tour.

  • Most guests enjoy 2–3 drinks during the tour. We recommend planning accordingly so you have enough to sip, celebrate, and stay refreshed throughout the ride — without overpacking.

As always, please drink responsibly and pace yourself so you can fully enjoy the performances, the party, and the memories.

  • You are encouraged to take any unopened containers with you. If it is left behind on the bus, it will be disposed of after the tour.

  • We are here for a fabulous time — but safety and respect always come first. You are responsible for your own behavior and the behavior of your guests. Anyone who arrives visibly intoxicated or becomes intoxicated prior to departure will not be permitted to board.

While we absolutely encourage celebrating, the drag queens and bus driver have full authority to pause the tour and remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. This includes harassment, aggressive behavior, or failure to follow instructions.

If you or a member of your party is denied boarding or removed from the bus at any point, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

    Party hard. Respect harder.

  • No. We will not have a staff person available to watch your beverages before your ride.

  • Yes. As outlined in the waiver you signed, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if you become sick or urinate on the bus.

If this occurs, you will be removed from the bus immediately. This policy is in place to protect the experience for all guests and to cover the significant cleaning and service disruption costs.

Please pace yourself, hydrate, and plan ahead — we want everyone to have a fabulous ride from start to finish.

  • YES! Our drag artists are professional entertainers who bring the looks, the laughs, and the lip-syncs — and tips are a huge part of how they’re supported.

The recommended gratuity is $10–$15 per guest, per queen, though you’re always welcome to tip more if you’re feeling the fantasy. Bring small bills for easy tipping — and don’t be shy. When they serve, we tip.

  • To keep the experience safe, clean, and fabulous for everyone, the following items are not permitted onboard:

    • Coolers

    • Glass containers

    • Luggage or large bags

    • Outside food

    • Decorations of any kind

    • Silly string, confetti, or glitter

    • Adult novelties (of any size)

Space is limited, and cleanup between tours is tight — so please pack light and leave the extras at home. If you’re unsure about an item, it’s best to assume it should stay behind.

    Less clutter. More glitter energy.

  • All riders are expected to help us create a fun, safe, and respectful experience for everyone onboard. By purchasing a ticket and signing your waiver, you agree to abide by the Michigan Drag Bus Code of Conduct.

The following actions are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

    • Standing during a drag performance (unless directed by the host)

    • Entering the runway or performance space without invitation

    • Touching performers at any time (consent is queen)

    • Playing vulgar or socially inappropriate music

    • Using obscene, discriminatory, or disrespectful language

    • Excessive intoxication

    • Vomiting on or around the bus

    • Public urination on or around the bus

    • Destruction or defacing of property

    • Any form of indecent exposure

    • Providing alcohol to non-passengers

    • Littering

Our drag artists and driver have full authority to enforce these policies. Any violation may result in immediate removal from the bus and, at the driver’s discretion, termination of the tour. No refunds will be issued if a guest or group is removed due to misconduct.

We are loud. We are extra. We are fabulous.

    But we are always respectful.

  • Michigan Drag Bus operates rain or shine, hot or cold. Because the bus is fully enclosed, most weather conditions will not impact your tour. Cancellations due to weather are rare and would only occur in cases of severe or unsafe storm conditions.

Please do not assume your tour is canceled due to inclement weather. If we need to make any changes to your reservation, our team will contact you directly using the information provided at booking.

If you do not hear from us, your tour is on as scheduled. No-call, no-shows will be charged in full — no exceptions.

When in doubt, show up. The glam doesn’t melt.

  • In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to severe or unsafe conditions, we will contact you directly by phone or text as soon as possible. Please be sure to provide a valid cell phone number when making your reservation so we can reach you quickly if needed.

We kindly ask that you do not call to check on weather-related cancellations. If you have not heard from us, your tour is operating as scheduled.

No news = it’s still fabulous.

  • You will receive a full refund if you cancel three weeks prior to your scheduled tour. Refunds will not be given if you cancel less than three weeks before your tour. All last-minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full. We will not make exceptions to this rule under any circumstances.
